Summer Clutter Tip – Organizing the Small Bits…

Matching sized jars in a row, lids screwed to the undersides of a shelf in front of a peg board.

If you are taking on getting your garage organized, here’s an old school tip for organizing those tiny necessary small bits that can be clutter in your garage, like screws, nails, washers and such. Or for any small bits in your household – paper clips, thumb tacks, buttons, pins, rubber bands, and more…

Use like-sized jars for a clean look, or various sizes to match the items you need to store. The look is classic and is effective storage. Simply screw the lids to a steady surface so you can easily see them. They’ll be off your work space and easy to locate.
